Dr. Stephen Cutchins is a versatile leader who brings together ministry, education, and coaching. He serves as the Executive Director of the Innovative Training Center at Southern Evangelical Seminary in Charlotte, NC. In addition to his ministerial role as a Teaching Pastor at FBC Simpsonville, SC, he offers guidance in life coaching, executive coaching, leadership development, and counseling.

As a certified life coach, advanced biblical counselor, and Prepare/Enrich facilitator, Dr. Cutchins empowers individuals and couples to achieve their goals and strengthen their relationships. He is also a Full Focus Planner Pro, trained to enhance productivity and goal achievement.

Currently completing his Ph.D. in Leadership Studies at Dallas Baptist University, Dr. Cutchins combines academic insight with practical experience, integrating spiritual guidance into his coaching and counseling approach. With a passion for holistic transformation, he inspires others to reach their full potential in leadership, faith, and personal growth.
