Janice has over 30 years of experience working directly with neurodivergent children and their families, and she has dedicated her career to helping children thrive and families feel empowered. Her extensive background in Special Education and deep understanding of neurodivergent and ADHD children has shaped her compassionate, informed, and individualized approach to support and advocacy. As a parent of neurodivergent kids herself, she brings personal insight, discernment, and practical interpretation to her work with families.
Janice holds a Bachelor of Science in Special Education and has completed continuing education in neurodiversity, child development, and inclusive education. Her professional expertise includes a strong foundation in Special Education advocacy with in-depth knowledge of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 Plans. She has successfully guided countless families through the process of securing appropriate educational support and accommodations, ensuring that every child’s unique strengths and needs are recognized and met.
