Maria is an Executive Coach with more than 15 years of experience in leadership development, organizational transformation, and executive performance enhancement. She is highly knowledgeable in women’s issues and has extensive field experience empowering women in corporate, organizational, and leadership settings.

Maria earned her bachelor’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology from Marywood University and a master’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University. She also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Professionally, Maria is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and SHRM-CP. She completed the ADP Foundations in Human Resources Certification through eCornell, is certified in Crucial Conversations, and is qualified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). She remains actively engaged in her field as a member of SHRM, a member of Global Women in Leadership, and a graduate of the Women Unlimited LEAD Program.
